Splits

Revenue made using the samples shall be fairly split 50/50.

If you place a record with a label / artist, you agree to split publishing, mechanicals, points & advance fees with me and other potential producers / songwriters.

If posting on Beatstars, add “prodiwill” as a collaborator, 50/50 splits.

Usage limits

Independent placements that exceed 1,000,000 streams OR major label releases using samples must be cleared with the creator.

License

The purchase of the non-exclusive and non-transferable license grants the user permission to use the samples royalty free until the a usage limit is reached.
